Joey Ann Fowkes, CAP®, brings extensive expertise in charitable estate planning to her role as director of planned giving at Operation Smile. She is deeply committed to helping donors strategically align their legacy gifts with the organization’s mission, ensuring their contributions create a lasting and meaningful impact. Through her work, Joey facilitates thoughtful and impactful philanthropy, enabling donors to leave a legacy that advances Operation Smile’s critical programs and initiatives. Known for her strong relationship-building skills, she brings joy and high energy to all her interactions.

Joey holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Alaska Pacific University and earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) distinction in 2020. She and her husband have four children and five grandchildren. Joey enjoys golf, walking/hiking, baking and family time.
