Indiana Siu

Regional Associate Vice President, Latin America and the Caribbean

Indiana Siu is Regional Associate Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean at Operation Smile, providing strategic and operational leadership to teams across 12 countries.

Since joining Operation Smile in 2010, Indiana has advanced through increasingly senior roles, including executive director in Nicaragua and regional director for Central America. In her current role, she translates organizational strategy into regional execution, aligns multicultural teams and partners around shared priorities, and strengthens financial and operational performance.

Indiana is committed to building local capacity by investing in people, strengthening hospitals and health systems, and developing locally led solutions that expand access to high-quality surgical and comprehensive care. She is based in Managua, Nicaragua.
