Indiana Siu

Regional Associate Vice President, Latin America and the Caribbean

Having served in various capacities at Operation Smile over the past 14 years, Indiana Siu is currently the associate vice president for Latin America and the Caribbean where she focuses on ensuring the quality of medical care for patients is at its highest, throughout their journey. This includes working with the global medical education team to increase training and build capacity, steering logistics and the supply chain for medical supplies and building regional programs in youth empowerment.

“My job is about leading with heart, making sure we’re delivering top-notch care, and constantly looking for ways to improve,” says Siu. “It’s a challenging role, but it’s also incredibly rewarding, and I’m lucky to be part of such a passionate team.”

Previously, Siu served as the regional director for Central America and as executive director in Nicaragua. Siu currently resides in Managua, Nicaragua.
