Six-year-old Honoré Finally Has a Chance to Play

Honoré was born with a cleft lip and palate. Other children had difficulty understanding him because of his cleft condition, and they wouldn’t play with him. It wasn’t until Honoré journeyed to Operation Smile Madagascar‘s surgical program that he finally experienced some simple childhood joys.
