Whitney Boulton

Northeast Director of Development

Contact Whitney

Whitney Boulton is the director of development for the northeast at Operation Smile. Based in Manhattan, she is charged with strategizing and implementing funding opportunities that support our global health care programs. After spending nearly a decade working in sales, Boulton decided to pursue her passion of helping others and transitioned to the nonprofit sector.

Prior to joining Operation Smile, Boulton represented her alma mater throughout the tri-state area as a major gift officer in Villanova’s regional advancement office. She graduated from Villanova University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and remains a big VU basketball fan. Boulton is originally from the south shore of Long Island. In her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad and spending the summers at the beach on Fire Island.
