Operation Smile is committed to increasing access to care in the 37 countries we work in around the world. We direct funds to programs that bring the highest standards of care to people living with cleft and other facial and dental conditions.

We pride ourselves on following the highest standards of accountability, effectiveness and efficiency. In fiscal year 2024, our allocation of funds was 78.1% to our programs, 15.8% to fundraising and 6.1% to administration.

As one of the world’s largest volunteer-driven surgical organizations, our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all our supporters, corporate partners, volunteers and employees who make our life-changing work possible.
