Fred Facka has been serving Operation Smile for over a decade as a financial advisor. He has experience in serving foundations, endowments, and pensions as an investment adviser, and families with retirement and estate planning needs. Today he is on the staff of Operation Smile as Director of Planned giving. Mr Facka holds degrees in Finance from Old Dominion University, as well as executive studies certificates from University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Facka has personally founded endowments and nonprofit organizations supporting philanthropy.

Gifts by Will
