Companies and their employees can help Operation Smile transform lives and give new smiles in several ways – through matching gifts, payroll deduction or an employee motivation program.

Employer Matching Gifts

Matching gifts can sometimes double or even triple you donation.

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please enter your employer's name below:

If your company matches, you may be able to access the forms directly through the search. Follow the set procedure, and Operation Smile will be happy to assist. The impact of your gift may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

 Combined Federal Campaign

   

If you are a federal or state employee, you can support Operation Smile through the Combined Federal Campaign or your individual State Campaign. Federal employees, please indicate #12033 on your pledge form. More information can be found on the CFC official website.

Workplace Giving

We can help you set up work place giving at your business by establishing a payroll deduction program. Employees can designate a dollar amount or percentage of their pay to go to Operation Smile each pay period. Please feel free to have your Human Resources Department contact us for assistance at 757-321-7645.

Employee Motivation Programs

There are many ways to motivate employees at your work to help children waiting for surgeries.

• At an employee staff meeting play a smile story of a child helped by Operation Smile (available on our YouTube channel or DVD). Donations can be collected or made online. Contact us for a DVD.
• Have an Operation Smile volunteer speak to your team, department or office about their experiences on a medical mission and collect donations to help provide a child with a new smile.
• Hold a special “casual dress” day. Let each employee pay $10 to wear jeans and donate the funds to Operation Smile.
• Have an inter-departmental or site competition to each raise $240 to help pay for a child to have surgery. Count the smiles across the entire organization and celebrate the lives that have been transformed.
