Federal and state employees may designate gifts to Operation Smile through payroll deduction by using CFC #12033. More information on the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) can be found at their official web site.
Payroll Deduction
Working with the Human Resources Department of a company or business, Operation Smile will help to set-up a payroll deduction program. An employee can designate a certain percentage or exact amount of their paycheck to go to Operation Smile each pay period.Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company matches you may be able to access the forms directly through our search link or check with your Human Resources Department. Follow the set procedure, and Operation Smile will be happy to assist. The impact of your gift may be doubled or possibly tripled! Employee Motivation Program
There are several different programs that can be implemented to get employees motivated at work and help Operation Smile at the same time.- At an employee staff meeting play the Operation Smile DVD and let them call the 888-OPSMILE number to make a donation
- Let each employee pay $10 to wear jeans on Friday and donate the money to Operation Smile
- Have the Senior Management to agree to give employees a _ day to work on a fundraiser for Operation Smile
- Department or site competition amongst employees. The dept that raises the most wins a prize and the money is donated to Operation Smile.
