Operation Smile provides opportunities for businesses and companies around the world to help change the life of a child.

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

Federal and state employees may designate gifts to Operation Smile through payroll deduction by using CFC #12033. More information on the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) can be found at their official web site.

Payroll Deduction

Working with the Human Resources Department of a company or business, Operation Smile will help to set-up a payroll deduction program. An employee can designate a certain percentage or exact amount of their paycheck to go to Operation Smile each pay period.

Matching Gifts

Check with your Human Resources Department if your company will match your gift to Operation Smile. If your company has a matching gift program, you simply fill out a form, and send it to Operation Smile, where your donation will be verified and the request for a match will be sent directly to your company. It's a great way to double your giving.

Employee Motivation Program

There are several different programs that can be implemented to get employees motivated at work and help Operation Smile at the same time.

At an employee staff meeting play the Operation Smile DVD and let them call the 888-OPSMILE number to make a donation
Let each employee pay $10 to wear jeans on Friday and donate the money to Operation Smile
Have the Senior Management to agree to give employees a _ day to work on a fundraiser for Operation Smile
Department or site competition amongst employees. The dept that raises the most wins a prize and the money is donated to Operation Smile.
