Operation Smile’s Craniofacial Education website provides the organization’s medical and student volunteers with resources that assist them as they expand their knowledge. Lectures within the Cleft Care Manual provide additional support to refine the skills that are needed to properly prepare for an Operation Smile medical mission. The Cleft Care Manual includes lectures in all of the Operation Smile related disciplines, including demonstrations on valuable topics.
