Operation Smile Canada Foundation is a registered corporation in Canada and has applied for Charitable Registration with the Canada Revenue Agency as of July, 2011. Pending approval of charitable registration, all donations received this calendar year will be tax deductible and provided with a receipt in January of 2013.
